 Want to Move the Number to a Different Network?

It’s easy:

Text PAC to 65075 from the SIM we send you.

You’ll receive a 9 digit code by text, this is referred to as a PAC code. 

Then, just give the PAC code to your new network – your number transfers in 1–2 business days.

Alternatively:

Request your PAC by making a free call to customer services directly from the SIM. 

Keep Your Number Safe

As with all UK mobile numbers, in order to avoid possible deactivation, ensure the number is used at least once every 6 months (e.g. a call, text, or top-up).
